Mellita D’silva CPPM, CPP, MICW, CIPS Level 5 has worked in the realm of Procurement, Supply Chain Management and Sustainability for 22 years. She has extensive experience of embedding sustainability within a procurement process, supply chain and value chain through corporate and project policies, strategies, and delivery models. Her knowledge of contracts and legal frameworks, help her develop performance management duty and contract management mechanisms to drive social impact through collaboration.
Some examples of her work include development of ESG based supply chain metrics, contract management duty, contractual clauses based on government sustainability policy, corporate sustainable procurement policies, procurement, and supply chain toolkits to include considerations for ISO 20400, CIRIA 2017, ISO 44001, workshops for procurement professionals to ensure sustainable procurement is business as usual, CIPS Global Sustainable Procurement training, conferences for Environmental and Sustainability professionals to help them engage with procurement and developing tender questions, model responses and scoring in line with PPN06/020.
