Research Pilot on Measuring and Improving Sustainable Procurement with ISO 20400

This article describes the start of an applied-research pilot at Hanze University of Applied Sciences in which 22 student researchers and 10 organisations analysed the new NEVI-NEN webtool, conducted a benchmark, defined opportunity statements and improvement plans.
