Ever since London 2012 Olympics the issue of human rights in the supply chains of major sport events has been a subject much discussed among NGOs, sport governing bodies and sponsors. The Institute of Human Rights and Business has facilitated a programme of work to develop an independent body to address this issue. The organisation developed its first guidance document in 2018 which is shown here.
