The imperative to deliver sustainable infrastructure for the London 2012 Olympics exposed a significant flaw in the construction industry. As a sector that channels 80% of the revenue of main contractors to the supply chain, it emerged that suppliers were simply not confident to deliver sustainable outcomes. In response to this, Shaun co-founded the Supply Chain Sustainability School in 2012. The School now provides free training to 50,000+ people per annum and has extended into Ireland, Australia and USA.
